Now just a few minutes after the Elias goal, the Devils put it away. Senators on a power play. Daniel Alfredsson misplays the puck at the blueline. Jay Pandolfo and John Madden are able to beat Alfredsson to the puck which creates a 2 on 0 breakaway! Pandolfo dishes to Madden who buries it past Patrick Lalime to give the Devils a shorthanded goal, and a 5-2 lead!
